The location is easy in a brand new area, next to the night markets, and where most resorts...

The staff were caring and attentive and offered us a fantastic room with nice views. There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. The location was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful, close enough to Novotel Phu Quoc Resort.

Liked to be here, the hotel was immaculately clean and relaxing, the location was absolutely gorgeous on an amazing island. Above average and delicious breakfast at the Food Xchange- was a nice touch.

Hotel complex is very clean. Staff are friendly. Pool are clear. The food was all right. The price is twice as high as outside, which is understandable. About 8-12€p/p. Breakfast is plentiful.

I tried to change a slightly crumpled but not torn €100. Was rejected on the grounds that it is "unattractive"

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Duong Bao, Phu Quoc. First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and service provided by the staff. The rooms were spacious and had a good view of the beautiful beach. I loved sitting on the big balcony and enjoying the full furniture and painted walls.

All went well during my stay.

The room was spacious well appointed and spotless and it had a bidet, soft bathrobes and a shower cap, that's cool.

Reasonably clean hotel, services were good and location was quiet and top to aurport. Units for a roll out bed. The pool was amazing and I had soft drinks in the swim-up bar. Location: the property was adjacent to landmark or sightseeing, restaurants, mini-marts, and the water park. Moreover, it was about 0 mins walk from Novotel Phu Quoc Resort.

Facilities were overall nice, even so Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The rooms are spacious well appointed and well-equipped with extremely comfy beds and smoke detectors. The services are good, including an amazing pool. In fact, there is free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

We received complimentary drinks upon our arrival and a complimentary shuttle service to and from the hotel. The view of the sunset from the balcony was breathtaking. The hotel was situated near some great local restaurants, making dining easy.

The room was outdated and in need of renovation. The location was far from popular attractions and the beach was average at best.

Excellent value, room was beautifully maintained, staff were lively! We truly enjoyed rooms for a roll out bed. Having different soft drinks in the poolside bar was a very nice touch.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities exceeded our expectations, making us feel comfortable all the time. The location is also perfect as it is just next to the beach, allowing us to enjoy the sunset and watersports such as paddleboards and kayaks. Additionally, we loved the breakfast and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

All in all, our stay was wonderful and we have no complaints.
