The hotel features a stunning clean beach with ample sun loungers and a fantastic breakfast buffet that caters to diverse tastes.

A number of local shops remain closed and the surrounding area seems underdeveloped, lacking vibrant attractions nearby.

The stunning sea view from our spacious suite and the warm hospitality from the staff made our stay truly enjoyable.

The beach area is beautiful and well-kept. Very friendly staff. Food prices at the restaurants are very high. Limited choices for kids at the playground. Great location near various water sport facilities.

I stayed at Novotel for a business trip, and I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the meeting facilities. The two dedicated meeting rooms were well-equipped and accommodating, ideal for conducting presentations and discussions. Additionally, the staff efficiently assisted with my business needs, making the entire process smooth and productive. The location near the beach provided a refreshing environment for after-hours relaxation.

I had a lovely stay at Novotel Resort Phu Quoc with its beautiful gardens and spacious pools. Although the breakfast area could become quite busy, the food quality impressed me. Some minor issues in the room were addressed promptly, making my overall experience enjoyable.
